At Understatement Underwear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece. If your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original packaging into a shipping mailer and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized collection point; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
